Idaho String Chamber Music Workshop
Jana Jae's Hell's Canyon Fiddle Fest
Saturday-Sunday August 16 and 17
Enrollment in both is encouraged!
Right on stunning Payette Lake, near McCall, Idaho
The whole family will love being here on the lake by the mountains, whether they are all participants or not. It will be hard to go home when it's over!
The String Chamber Music Workshop affords ample time to rehearse in a pre-formed group or with new friends you are assigned to. You'll get expert coaching for three sessions. Each day culminates in a micro performance of what you worked on during the day. The evening brings relaxing socializing or you may choose to form your own group and keep on playing!
The Hell's Canyon Fiddle Fest will boost your fiddle playing, no matter your level. Experienced fiddle teachers will give lessons at all levels, and jazz/improv, and show tune flare. The evenings will bring some dance workshops, sunset socializing, and jam sessions if you feel like playing on. (Experienced guitarists are needed and should apply for a scholarship!)
